Dan has a broad legal and commercial background including extensive experience working as a commercial advisor to both ACT and Federal Government departments and agencies.

Dan has worked across many different industry sectors advising on complex public and private sector commercial transactions. Through his varied experience he has honed his expertise in all aspects of commercial procurement planning and conducting complex tender evaluations.  Dan has assisted clients with conducting procurement assurance reviews, reporting to the executive on issues and opportunities, and assisting in remediation activities identified through the review process.

Dan’s extensive experience in the public procurement space also means he is well placed to provide advice to agencies on the review of procurement processes, providing critical assurance support to key decision‐makers and providing targeted proportionate measures to aid agencies with enhancing and remediating procurement processes and practices.

His diversified skill set allows him to operate at a high level providing strategic commercial advice across a range of industries focussed on customer needs and objectives.
