    Heather is a medical practitioner, lawyer and company director.  She has advised clients in health and related sectors on a wide range of governance, public law, strategic, regulatory and commercial matters, including in statutory interpretation, licensing, regulation, public sector governance, strategic planning, clinical governance, procurement and contracting, privacy and health records.

    Her clients have included government departments, statutory authorities, public and private hospitals, peak bodies, private health insurers and non-government organisations in all Australian jurisdictions.

    With more than 30 years’ experience in the Australian health care system, working at all levels including as a clinician, manager, director, bureaucrat and advisor across the public, not-for-profit and private sectors, Heather has an unparalleled understanding of the legal, institutional and policy frameworks within which the health care sector operates, and a passion for supporting clients to fund, procure, provide, govern and/or manage the delivery of quality health care.
