    Jess has a range of experience across IT and Service Management, with a focus on customer service spanning across Government and Telecommunications industry clients.

    Throughout her career, Jess has demonstrated her ability to work and adapt to diverse and challenging situations while working in multi-vendor engagements and ensuring the customer is at the heart of the conversation, fostering positive and prosperous working relationships.

    Recently Jess has been involved with the build and deployment of a new IT System in a large Government agency. She was heavily responsible for ensuring business requirements and outcomes were captured correctly, stayed consistent throughout the lifecycle and entered into the Production environment seamlessly.
