Kate Rowe

    Kate Rowe is an experienced procurement, contracting and project manager.  She develops strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders across her workplace to achieve outcomes, including establishing multiple kinds of panel arrangements for the agencies that she worked for.  She works with other team members to find solutions to complex procurement needs so that they deliver the required business outcomes while being compliant the Commonwealth’s resource management framework and internal agency policies and guidance.

    Kate is an experienced team leader and supervisor, and focusses on developing and growing the core procurement and project management skills and competencies of her team members. Kate has developed and delivered a comprehensive procurement-training program for her staff.
