Meghan Agland

Meghan a former lawyer and was, before joining Ngamuru, the Executive Director of Contracting for the Ships and Submarine Domains for the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) in Department of Defence.  In this role Meghan was responsible for leading a team of 6 contracting directors and approximately 18 contracting officers in all aspects of professional development and day to day management to ensure the provision of sound commercial advice to projects within the Ships and Submarine domains.

During her time in CASG, Meghan has also worked in the procurement policy area, developing new contracting templates as well as implementing improvements to existing templates and generating better practice guides for use by operational contracting officers.  In other roles within CASG Meghan was responsible for leading and managing commercial activities for projects and programs at all stages of the procurement lifecycle – from requirements definition to contract management and contract closure.

In addition to her time within CASG (and its predecessor organisation DMO) Meghan was employed as a Lawyer at Denton Wilde Sapte in Dubai, where she worked in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications team providing advice to clients on technology-based transactions.
