Oxana Reed

Oxana’s career features prominent leadership roles in the design and implementation of many of the Australian Government’s immigration and Pacific Island nation building initiatives.  This deep and diverse experience has provided her the opportunity to demonstrate her significant strategic policy, program development and performance management skills both in Australian and overseas environments.

Oxana has previously held senior positions in the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and, whilst at Palladium International, led the program for creation of domestic worker demand across numerous industry sectors for the Pacific Labour Scheme.  Over the past 15 years, her work has generated tangible improvements in regional development, workforce skills improvement, indigenous governance, and immigration initiatives.

Oxana is highly regarded for her ability to design and deliver effective programs to achieve government policy outcomes.
