    Sharon has extensive multi-sector experience in the management and conduct of procurement process throughout the procurement lifecycle.

    Sharon has deep experience in the development of requirements and request documentation to support procurement activities as well as significant post award expertise in contract management and process optimisation across a diverse spectrum of industries including Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Defence, Construction, Retail and Event Management.

    She has multi-dimensional expertise driving sustainable solutions for the development and transformation of operational delivery with a focus on systems, process and people.  Her career spans a broad spectrum of expertise across many disciplines including strategy, planning, strategic sourcing, Logistics, procurement, contract management, systems requirements and implementation.

    Sharon’s most recent experience has been in supporting Airservices Australia’s PFAS remediation activities through the conduct and management of its procurement functions for the remediation activities and driving best practice in the inflight management of the many contracts placed to deliver the right outcomes.

    Prior to this Sharon was the Deputy Commercial Lead within the Department of Defence to establish the planning and execution of an Offer Definition and Improvement Activity (ODIA) for a major procurement for the establishment of a foundational Enterprise Information Management (EIM) capability.  This role included leading the planning, scheduling and execution of the process along with the establishment of all procurement and contract documentation, required presentations and logistics of the scheduled sessions through to conduct of evaluations and supporting the governance framework for the activity.

    Sharon also has extensive experience in the establishment of operations and supply chains for several startup companies and has led operational transformations for very complex operations including within the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry.

    This extensive experience in operations and supply chain combined with several master’s degrees within business and commerce provides her with the ability to holistically analyse business problems and present sustainable solutions for our customers.
