Harry Dunstall is the Managing Director of Ngamuru Advisory and one of Australia's most experienced strategic commercial advisers to government. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Harry provides trusted advice on complex commercial, procurement, probity, governance, and organisational challenges.
Prior to establishing Ngamuru, Harry held some of the Australian Federal Government's most senior leadership and commercial roles, including Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) and Deputy Secretary, Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), as well as Deputy CEO DMO and General Manager Commercial DMO.
Today, Harry advises government departments and agencies on major projects, strategic commercial initiatives, and organisational transformation programs. His experience spans commercial strategy, procurement reform, negotiations, probity, governance, and capability uplift. He has supported some of Australia's most significant and complex initiatives for the Australian Submarine Agency, Department of Defence, Airservices Australia, Department of Industry, Science and Resources, and Services Australia.
Harry is recognised for providing practical, outcomes-focused advice to senior executives and government leaders, helping organisations navigate complexity, manage risk and achieve value for money outcomes.
