Nicole has spent the last 25 years working in both legal and senior contract commercial roles across private industry and state and federal government, developing extensive experience in contract negotiation and life cycle management, supplier procurement, dispute resolution, commercial governance, shared services management, and business, systems and organisational transformation.
Having worked as a senior commercial adviser supporting major infrastructure projects in the construction, telecommunications and the Defence industries, Nicole is committed to furthering customer strategic outcomes through strong commercial relationships, an understanding of customer objectives and by providing tailored commercial and business advice and solutions.
