Jessica is an experienced procurement, contracting and project manager.  She has experience working across both public and private sector where she develops strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes. She works with other team members to find solutions to complex procurement needs so that they deliver the required business outcomes while being compliant the Commonwealth’s resource management framework and internal agency policies and guidance.

Most recently Jessica has worked in the Defence Industry ensuring that ICT projects aligned with Federal governance requirements and Department policy. Jessica is skilled at ensuring process discipline is achieved and the operational agility of the projects is met.
